Rooms include private balconies or terraces. the staff were really the plus point of this experience. all very helpful and kind from the first moment. especially Mostafa, he really helped me with an important problem: the airline had lost my luggage and he was really helpful and kind to me and he helped me find it and get it to the hotel as soon as possible. THANKS MOSTAFA!!! Also the reef, very beautiful, not so many colored corals, but many fish of different varieties, especially on the right side, where it is also possible to see Nemo.

Panoramic views of the Rub al Khali Desert can be admired from this 5-star resort’s infinity pool and sun-lounger terrace. We stayed one week in the end of April 2023 in the Tilal Liwa Hotel. For us it was a wonderful time for relaxing, walking into the desert, swimming and enjoying the wonderful oasis surrounding the hotel. Most oft the time, there where only a few other customers here, because oft the seasons ending. At he weekend familys came for relaxing and bathing, that was also a great experience, to see all the diffentent cultures together. We booked breakfast and dinner, softdrinks, juices and water were included. Sometimes wie had the buffet, on the other days, with only an handfull of customers we had a great a la carde-menü and arabian or continental breakfast on the table, we liked both variations very much and the food was really good. Our rooms where wonderful, with a very nice view (we had one with duneview and the other with a balcony to the pool and to the wonderful palmtrees). What wie liked most at this wonderful place were the great people working there. All of them were very kind, but a special thanks to the guys of the service, we can mention here Alblam Moazam Rabil, but also all of them did a very good job. And also the people oft he roomservice, specially Htet and her team made our stay here very comfortable and they where all very kind and courteous. We also liked the birds and doves in the oasis with their singing. They made these wonderful experience complete. We had a wonderful time at this special place.

Nestled beside 1 km of private sandy beach, Shams Alam Beach Resort provides fun and relaxation in Wadi Gimal Nature Reserve, with an on-site diving centre and camel riding opportunities. Friendly staff, helpful, and very nice they treated us politely and generously welcomed us. Coz we are Egyptians 🤩🤩🤩 Food was delicious and varied. The view is amazing.. especially the beach and the marine life.. a lot of turtles and the Dougong was there The Wadi el-Gimal island is amazing and so beautiful, and swimming with the dolphins. The diving center team is very organized and caring. Great thanks to Ali (عم علي), Kareem, and Mr. Ehab from the diving center .. Mohammed from the reception. All cleaning staff Abdallah and Ragab And finally, the restaurant's staff, all the great chefs 👨‍🍳, front-line staff were beyond amazing.
