Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus- Ultra... The service is fantastic and all staff is very kind and welcoming. The hotel feels brand new and very modern. We've dined mostly at culina/Alfredo and quality of buffet was generally very good. We didn't feel pushed into buying additional services though we chose to try some massages.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Posh Club at Sunrise Tucana Resort, and we want to thank a few incredible people who made our stay truly special! First of all, a big thank you to the lovely girl at the reception – Georgina, you are simply amazing! Always welcoming us with a smile and ready to help with anything – you really made a difference in our stay. Ahmed, our butler – you were fantastic! So attentive, professional, and always there when we needed something. Thank you for taking such good care of us! Abdel from the Posh Restaurant – your kindness and service were top-notch. You made every meal feel like a treat. Samer, thank you for your friendliness and positive energy – we appreciated it every day! Mohammed, the golf car driver – you were a star! You made our daughter laugh every single time with your fun rides. She’s still talking about you! A special thank you as well to the kind gentleman in front of the pharmacy who sells perfumes and natural oils – your products are great and well-priced, and your friendly service made shopping a pleasure. The words are not enough to describe how nice it was. I have been treated like a queen during all my stay. Therefore I initially booked for 2 days but decided to stay for a week. I am so grateful to Mr Saad who did all his best to make my stay an amazing one. He took care of any single demand meticulously. Head chef’s mushroom risotto was delightfully tasty, humus is another super taste to try. All waiters were friendly and respectful, Assad, Romany, Nader, Mohammed and Ali are few names that I could remember with their exceptional services besides many others. The room was so clean, house keeping surprised me with different animal figures every day. Lisa and Leo from the animation team did their best me to participate at the events. The clientele of the hotel is silent and respectful to each other which I think is one of the most important things during one’s stay. The beach is amazing, water is crystal clear with not many fish, just ideal for someone with galeophobia like me. Thank you all for everything, I will come back at the very first occasion.

JAZ Soma Beach offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. With free Wi Fi only in public area, this 4-star hotel has a garden and a terrace. All in all we are very satisfied with our stay. Hotel has beautiful territory, it’s all green and you can see that every corner gets attention from gardeners. There are enough place for evening promenade. The beach is not very big, so it’s better to come before 11am, but you have enough sunbeds near the pool if any. Beach is clean, has all facilities. Water is super clean and clear. Service is very good. In restaurants and at the beach you always get attention and can get any drinks or help you need. Food is very good. There are 2 a la cart restaurants (we didn’t try it), and 2 big restaurants - one on the beach and one in main building. Second has bigger choice, but on the beach you can eat on the fresh air with cozy atmosphere. We were completely happy with food choice and taste. Animation team is active and arrange a lot of interesting activities. They invite everyone, so you feel comfortable to join, but if you don’t feel like it, you can just relax. Also you can play table tennis, kicker, billiards, giant domino, darts, boccia. It’s all available all the time. With animation team or for individual use. Gym is new and well equipped for the training. Overall my family and I had great experience! But there are some things that can be improved. I would say that rooms are more on the level of 3 stars hotel. Room in general feels tired and needs some renovation. Bathroom has plastic ceiling that make room not cozy. Bed clothes are clean, but a little grey and have some spots. Towels also worn out. But beds and pillows are comfortable. Also patio is nice. Another point for us was spa. We planned to go, but prices are too high (most of procedures are cheaper in Russia and Germany). You could get some discounts for buying several procedures, but still prices are not good. Room cleaning is average. Foot towel were dirty, but weren’t changed, just folded back.
