Located in one of Asia’s largest sub-cities in the National Capital Region, Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Dwarka, New Delhi pays homage, in a befitting tribute, to the warmth of the capital city. I checked in several hours behind schedule, thanks to the incredibly bad customer service of Qatar Airways, who had not only destroyed my suitcase but to add insult to injury, had kept me waiting for over 2 hours to file a damage report. I was obviously not in a good mood. However, the hotel immediately sensed that and upgraded me to their nicest room as a way to ensure that I at least had a comfortable end to a long and stressful day. I cannot underscore just how much I appreciated this simple act of acknowledgment of my mental state and the generous act of kindness in such a situation. The room was obviously very comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious and full of options to satisfy every palate.

Located just a 20-minute drive away from the Delhi International Airport, JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity features a full-service spa, 4 food and beverage outlets and an outdoor swimming pool. I was in India to rescue a dog named Snow. Your staff where so warming and loving towards myself and more important Snow. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Very clean, modern and comfortable room.

The Ashtan Sarovar Portico is located in South Delhi 100 metres from the metro station. This boutique hotel offers free WiFi and private parking. It houses a business center and a restaurant on-site. The Ashtan Sarovar Portico more than surpassed our expectations. The beautiful serene decor felt like we were entering a temple, the service was outstanding and the food spectacular!! We were treated with kindness and respect every step of the way. We will highly recommend your hotel to all our friends and family.
