The island is very beautiful with amazing tropical nature. The hotel is great. Large rooms with incredible ocean view, nice restaurants and very helpful staff. We loved this place !

Our room was prepared every evening for 'wind down', the staff were all very friendly. Meals at the buffet restaurant and ala carte restaurants were beyond expectations. The all-inclusive package was very worth it, although there's only so much we could eat! I love the quietness and exclusivity of the 700+ over-water villas, and we witnessed the most gorgeous sunsets and sunrise at the resort. I'm so glad I chose the Meeru resort for my first-trip to Maldives!

The resort is fantastic - even better than the pictures. The staff is so welcoming and friendly from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave. We were greeted by a lovely Italian lady Iman, who gave us a run down of everything we need to know and an extensive tour of the island. They have golf cart services to take you to and from your villa which is really nice. The bar has great ambience at night, and delicious cocktails included in our package. The waiters are so polite and attentive. The room comes with a beach bag which you can keep afterwards so would recommend not to pack one for your trip Contrary to other reviews, we thought the food was great! Considering its buffet style, there was many options to pick from. Delicious and large variations of salads, lots of beef and chicken too. We also stayed for 7 nights, so that included a free dinner at an a la carte restaurant of our choice. We chose the fish restaurant which was a 10/10, dining over the water and overlooking the sharks and mantas!! Our package also included a fishing tour and free kayaking as well as the use of snorkeling equipment everyday! Special thanks to Naveen from housekeeping who came in twice a day to keep our villa nice and clean. His hospitality and kindness made all the difference. We loved our stay at Villa Nautica and have already recommended it to friends and family! Things to consider would be the speedboat round trip fee of $170 per person and green tax $12 per person/per night

Bandos resort is a private island located 8 Km away from Male. Bandos Maldives features spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the garden or beach. Beautiful resort with very friendly, helpful staff. We celebrated our anniversary with a beautiful romantic dinner on the beach. Our waiter was amazing, he was very attentive and happily took lots of photos for us. When we returned to our room, the bed was beautifully decorated with leaves and flowers. Just perfect! We will definitely recommend Maldives as a little slice of paradise. We will be back!

The staff were all really friendly and made us feel at home. The food was also really high quality and there are several restaurants in the resort including Soul Kitchen the buffet, Flames which is a grill house, Wink which is the bar and Mizu which serves high quality Japanese food. The snorkeling site was also really good with a lot of different types of fish and coral to look at. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect, we still had a wonderful time in our stay at Nova.😁
