This 5-star beachfront Cancun luxury hotel features a 40,000-square-foot full-service spa that offers full-body treatments, hydrotherapy and beauty services such as hair styling. by all-inclusive, it really was all-inclusive! 24hour room service, with your room cleaned TWICE daily! the resteraunts were amazing, we kept asking ourselves "are we sure this is included?". There are a few things not included, but they make that very well known as you check in - and its not a lot. the staff were lovely - like they loved working there. There was activities hosted by the resort that could be read about on a newspaper released at brekky each morning. We did a cocktail making class, there was SUP yoga and tours to and from the hotel - all free. the best part, we had an afternoon flight, they allowed a late check out at 1pm (at no extra charge) and you still had all-inclusive until you left (for us, at 3pm). So we had the bags behind reception and had coffee, lunch and ice-cream before leaving.

Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

We were lucky enough to celebrate a very special moment there, and they welcomed us with such kindness and made it possible in this incredible setting. Beautiful resort, great food and amazing staff! Noe and Louis at the pool bar were excellent! Spa was incredible! We stayed in an ocean front unit for our honeymoon which wasn’t cheap but highly recommend it!

This property was easily the best all inclusive we have ever stayed at. It's truly a 5 star, from check-in, to rooms, pools, great restaraunts. (Union Steakhouse was amazing and Gabriel Yam was the best waiter I have ever encountered). The spa was excellent, the place was always being groomed and cared for. I have to commend whomever is hiring and training the staff, they were all so friendly and engaging and excellent at their jobs, it was most impressive. We are going to stay there again in the future, it was just that good. Congratulations to the team at SLS Playa Mujeres, well done, you made us feel very specials during our stay.

The property is outstanding, paradise on Earth. Every details starting from accommodation the restaurants the beach the staff and every single activity was extremely pleasant so well organised . The attention to details is immeasurable. This was the most beautiful experience I ever had so far. If you’re looking for a place where to be arrested in peace and supported on every side of your vacation, this is the best place for you .

This stunning beachfront resort is set on the beautiful strip of Punta Cancun and framed by the Caribbean Sea, where you can enjoy a white sand beach and clear-blue waters. All the staff are very nice, always with a smily face. There're quite a number of swimming pools, so it was not crowded. Drinks and cocktails are available everywhere. Staying in the club room, with cocktail available til 23:00, and drinks you can take in the refrigerator.
