This 5-star beachfront Cancun luxury hotel features a 40,000-square-foot full-service spa that offers full-body treatments, hydrotherapy and beauty services such as hair styling. by all-inclusive, it really was all-inclusive! 24hour room service, with your room cleaned TWICE daily! the resteraunts were amazing, we kept asking ourselves "are we sure this is included?". There are a few things not included, but they make that very well known as you check in - and its not a lot. the staff were lovely - like they loved working there. There was activities hosted by the resort that could be read about on a newspaper released at brekky each morning. We did a cocktail making class, there was SUP yoga and tours to and from the hotel - all free. the best part, we had an afternoon flight, they allowed a late check out at 1pm (at no extra charge) and you still had all-inclusive until you left (for us, at 3pm). So we had the bags behind reception and had coffee, lunch and ice-cream before leaving.

I was so scared about food and beverage as i have a sensitive stomach but the variety is super and i ate and drank everything even ice it was the best experience

Amazing place, food was extraordinary, but especially the staff was so kind, so nice!! If it would be possible, I would give 10000 stars to this place! btw. Dont miss yoga with Gabi!!!! btw. The food is fantastic, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. The resort offers an array of enjoyable activities that vary from day to night. I participated in two art workshops and had a great time. There's also an opportunity to book wind sailing, which I highly recommend everyone try at least once – you might even spot sea turtles! While this activity is complimentary, I strongly suggest tipping the staff as a token of appreciation for their excellent service.

This stunning beachfront resort is set on the beautiful strip of Punta Cancun and framed by the Caribbean Sea, where you can enjoy a white sand beach and clear-blue waters. The restaurants are ALL amazing, no complaints about any food and there are options for everything, everywhere. Clean towels are available in multiple places around the hotel. The cleaness is unbeatable, All staff is lovely - no exceptions here. Activities and shows every single day. Beach is incredible, the water of the pools are crystal clear. Dolphins are soooo cuuuute, it's a life-time experience. the staff are really stick to their schedule with the activities, always cheering you up and the best to me: no loud parties late in the night after 1 am (perhaps even after 12 am), which means calm and relaxing nights to you so you wake up renewed for another day in paradise. Stayed for 4 nights at the pyramid tower with ocean view with my wife, and i wish i could have stayed for 7. Comfy beds, pillows, temperature and air conditioning and room service was flawless. definitely worth it staying at the Hyatt Ziva in Cancun.

The staff were incredible, there to make sure we had the best time and catered to our every need. Our room, the restaurants, all the facilities were perfect. Truly a secret paradise and there aren’t enough words to do this place justice. You must experience it for yourself.
