I was so scared about food and beverage as i have a sensitive stomach but the variety is super and i ate and drank everything even ice it was the best experience

The location in the forest was perfect, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food and drinks were amazing, near to a couple of awesome cenotes. Staff 10/10 Facilities 10/10 Location 10/10 - based on the fact that we were searching for something remote. Amazing pools The road is a bit rough to the location but manageable, when we left they were amending it. (that;s how the roads are even when you want to go to the beaches from the main road). And the staff is just amazing.

見事なビーチフロントのリゾートで、プンタ・カンクンの美しい通り沿いにあります。カリブ海に囲まれ、白い砂浜と澄んだ青い海を楽しめます。 Hyatt Ziva Cancúnのお部屋には、薄型テレビ、ミニバー、コーヒーメーカー、専用バスルーム（シャワー、バスローブ、スリッパ付）が備わっています。 Hyatt Ziva Cancun... さすが人気ホテルだけあるサービスの充実ぶりでした。 一つ一つのポイントだけ見れば、ここより安くても、プールが充実してる、立地がいい、景色がいい、メンテナンスがいい、レストランが美味しい、サービスがいい…というホテルはたくさんあるのですが、総合的にみるとやはりハイアットジーバさんが、頭一つ抜けて素晴らしいです。何もかもが平均より上、という感じ。 日本人のコンシェルジュさんもおられて、小さなことから相談出来ますし、子連れも多いので気兼ねがありません。後特長を上げるとすれば、アジア系が多いのでゆるいカジュアルさは多少劣るかな…アジアンレストランのお味は平均的でしたが、パフォーマンスなどが楽しくさすがだなと思いました。

We stayed as a couple in the Adults only Hideaway section with Diamond Club service- and we literally pampered! We keep coming back to this resort for it's safety, food and entertainment variety , Spa services , and sheer niceness/ attention to service of staff! Special shout out to Enrique and Marlon our butlers for taking care of even our smallest needs and desires!

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is a AAA's 5 Diamond Award Winner property with 13 outdoor pools, 6 à la carte gourmet restaurants, a buffet restaurant, a Coco Café, a Barefoot Grill and a... Everything, swim up room was fantastic, food was great with plenty of options, service was so excellent
