It was easy to get to Shibuya, central Asakusa or further afield from the stations. The room was small, as is typical in Japan, but they were economical about space and I could easily store my luggage under/at the foot of the bed. Cleaning staff also came daily to remove trash and replace any towels as needed. I had a great night's sleep here - it was totally dark and quiet. The laundry room was on the ground floor next to reception which was good as they policed this well to ensure no guest was hogging the machines with their clothes. I availed of the luggage forwarding service and staff were extremely helpful to me in organising this, they printed my label and explained clearly how it would work. Recommended!
