Everything was perfect, check in process was easy and fast, there is a lot of parking space, the hotel is in middle of the town close to many amenities like restaurants and grocery shops, it’s also close to most of the attractions points, mrs Gotthardt and her team are friendly, very helpful and easy to reach at any time. They made our stay lovely and enjoyable. Zell am see Kaprun summer card is provided for free at the property.

The staff was super nice and helpful as always. (This was our many trips here.) The breakfast is plentiful, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the sauna is great. They provide their own ski bus to take you to the ski slopes.

De staff and the hotel manager were so service minded and helpfull and made me and my kids feel like home, i’am so grateful for all the help. The apartment are big and fresh and the balcony has a magical view off the mountins. It’s lot to do with the kids with the pool, games and near the lake with boats and where you can swim and play volleyboll. And the pizza was great and we like the store to shop breakfasr and snax at the hotell. We loved this place and the staff.
