The location may seem a bit remote, but it really depends on what you are looking for. We chose this hotel because of the beautiful views and its proximity to Finca del Café and Cocora Valley. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. Communication wasn’t easy since we don’t speak Spanish, but with Google Translate we managed just fine. The staff was very accommodating and met all our requests. The Wi-Fi was reliable. Breakfast could be served earlier—although it was included in our stay, we couldn’t try it because of our early trips. Still, the staff kindly prepared us fresh coffee in the morning.

The location was perfect. Very close to all the locations of interest. Taxi and Uber are easy to obtain at this location. The hotel has an amazing Coffee shop right at the entrance. Rooms have plenty of space and everything you need to make your stay easy. The staff is very helpful and will provide all the assistant you need and more.
