Everything was great ! From the location to the great client service, I highly recommend this place if you need to spend some time in Orleans Having a digital card on the phone to open the entrance and the room was very handy. It felt as if all the main complaints a hotel can have, this one made sure that customers would have none when coming there.

I so wish I had found out about this hotel chain earlier... Charming, cozy, clean, and modern place, renovated with care and substance; great attention to detail everywhere (check out times, lockers, bicycle storage, background music, the way the hotel rooms are designed, decoration...) and to the comfort of the guests.
