Unicos City Suites was both close enough to be in the heart of the island in just 3 minutes, and quiet enough for us to enjoy a restful stay. Profesionally run business with real hospitality in perfect calm location between town centre and beach and ideal hotel size - not small not too big. Having the pool on roof of the building and town as well gives you not only relax to body but soul as well due to astonishing view to the port and city. Reception will help you to arrange everything from first step in kos island to kids entertaiment. We hardly be looking for another place to stay if we go to Kos city again. Very good breakfast. Perfect value for money.

We had a wonderful time at Aegean Houses and will definitely return. Everything about our stay was excellent, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. There are rooms with private pools which is very good for the kids. The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of options for sunbeds. You can either rent them directly or enjoy free use at the beach clubs when you order food and drinks. The hotel’s restaurant is also reasonably priced, and the food quality is very good. We originally booked for one night due to limited availability, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and extended our holiday for three more nights. We truly wanted to spend more time in Kos, and especially at Aegean Houses.

Great big rooms,comfortable beds,small kitchenette that has everything you need. Nice big pool with sun decks and umbrellas,15min walk from tigaki center. The hosts were amazingly kind,they arranged pick up from the airport. Definitly recommend it for a stay in Kos.

The staff were excellent, particularly the bar staff by the pool. They were so attentive and never kept us waiting for anything. Cleaning staff had the hotel spotless every day and facilities were great!
