New, high-standard facility. Excellent air conditioning. We were given a better room than the one we booked – it was larger and had a better view. Marinela is a wonderful person who will help you with anything. The swimming pool is excellent. And most importantly, on the day of departure, you leave your room but can still use the swimming pool and car park – it's a real convenience!

What wasn’t to like? You walk into a ‘secret’ doorway into an immaculate little courtyard and that sort of sets the scene for the rest of it. It’s like staying in the best hotel but instead of just a room you actually have an apartment to yourself. Small but perfectly formed, it has everything you could need and all is at a really high standard. Really modern and some lovely touches like the minibar and coffee maker and even a washing machine if you were staying for longer. The breakfast pastries each morning came as lovely surprise to us and were delicious. The staff were really friendly and provided us with a little pack of information when we first arrived and were always helpful. The location is perfect, you can reach anywhere from here really easily too, cannot fault a thing.

Everything about our stay was great! The staff were amazing and very accommodating. They gave us great recommendations for food, sightseeing and activities. They booked our water taxi to and from the train station. Room was beautiful and clean, had a gorgeous view of the canals. Location was a 5min walk to San Marcos Square and in walking distance to everything!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo Rota in Venice! The rooms were absolutely beautiful. Modern, spotless, and serviced daily, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptional and so accommodating, always happy to help and offer any advice on Venice! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Venice, making it easy to explore.
