We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Wellness and Spa: Very friendly staff frequently asking about our needs and experience, very clean facilities, internet working flawlessly, great value for money, excellent location (in the center of the town). Last but not least - the hotel was opened only in June 2023 so the mattresses are of excellent quality, we slept really well :)

Due to an unforseen medical problem we had to give our room to a second party travelling to the same location and the hotel was very accommodating with the change. The person loved her stay and couldn't have been happier with both the hotel and the staff. A big bonus for her was that the hotel has private parking.

Everything was great. The hostess is very pleasant. After the first night all the rooms were occupied so I couldn't stay. She helped me find another option and even took me in her car. Very nice woman.

Great location, modern rooms, comfortable and clean. The highlight is the staff!
