Located in Zermatt´s Winkelmatten Quarter, Panorama Ski Lodge boasts modern self-catering accommodation units with soundproofing, a wellness area, a fitness room and a bar with a sun terrace, offering views of the surrounding mountains. Free WiFi is available, as well. We booked a room with the Matterhorn view. It was absolutely beautiful. The room was nice, modern and very clean. The staff was helpful and extremely kind. We had a good time there.

Private underground parking spaces are available on site free of charge. The appartment was new, and really well fitted with great equipment. Very nice view, from the master bedroom and the living room and a balcony all around the appartment. The gym has very good equipment (rowing machine, ski training machine, elliptical, etc). Walking distance from all the main stores in Grimentz, the Gondola and Cable car and of course from the beautiful village itself. The person who welcomed us was really kind, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back in the summer or winter.

Great, quiet location, just a few minutes walk to the main street. The staff are most amazing, so helpful, welcoming and attentive. The apartment modern designed with great taste and luxury style. Every morning a generous and delicious breakfast was served in our room. The spa facilities were great addition. Definitely coming back to Zermatt to stay in this lovely hotel.

The balcony in each guestroom provides a stunning view of the Matterhorn. Some rooms offer a well-appointed kitchen and a dining area. Richard was AMAZING. The other reviews talked about how great he was but I didn't realize just how wonderful this man is until we checked in and he spent 30 minutes of his time making sure we were well informed and just chatting about the area. My partners $400 ski jacket was left behind by accident and Richard offered to mail it to me as soon as I reached out and asked. I paid for the postage of course but he went out of his way to go to the post office and spend time shipping it off.

The surrounding area is breathtaking and peaceful. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!

This new apartment in Zermatt was exceptional, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. On arrival, the host met us at the apartment. It was a lovely modern twist apartment, with your luxury elements. It had a spacious balcony with a view of the Matterhorn and each morning breakfast arrived at your chosen time, which was amazing and freshly made to order. The host was exceptionally great and lovely, anything we needed or recommendations we asked for, was great help. Highly recommended stay for Zermatt, only a 5min walk to train station/town and great location for skiing.
