Easy digital entry, I liked not worrying about a key. There are two grocery stores and a bakery right across the street. The lake promenade is close, about a 10-15 minute walk. The room is fully equipped with everything you need. The queen size bed is very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. You also have access to a washer/dryer combo (we didn’t use) and a blowdryer. Handy tip: If you go to the digital butler button located in the check-in email, you can access operating manuals for all the devices. We really enjoyed our stay and would reserve again if we are back in Lucerne.

You have a waterpark where the kids can play. Car parking is available all though. The bus stop is right next door. The best way to travel in central, Switzerland is to buy a time pass and travel through public transport. The staff is extremely helpful and guide you for every thing and anything

I loved everything, I could not imagine a better place to stay. I would come back and find out if by staying like a month prices would be more attractive. Yet I don't know how and who to contact for that... It felt like when I was young living in the Studentenwohnheim, because they have like a huge laundry room and you can tell some people live there on a long term basis. they have like a huge common room and last night they had like a nice big Xmas dinner, it was nice! not noisy, perfect. I loved it. The place is impeccable, clean. the people working there are nice, friendly. I love it... checking out soon...
