We had a couple of soft drinks in our fridge when we arrived and we asked to buy more but they said you get them complimentary which is amazing, I would 100% recommend this property and would defintely stay again 😊

The apartment is spacious and clean and in a very central location. Good air conditioning and a large and clean bathroom. This is a great location if you want to explore downtown Cairo. Cairo is a loud city, but because the apartment is in the 7th floor it is not too loud even for us, who are used to a very quiet neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this location.

The apartment was excellent. From the moment we were greeted by our fantastic host Ahmed Karim and helped with our bags and accompanied to our room we felt so comfortable and safe and sound. The entrance to the apartments is easy to find in a fantastic location in downtown cairo (the perfect place to start our adventures and see the extraordinary Empire of Cairo). The apartment was super clean and the beds fantastic. Everything was set up perfectly for our stay and our host went above and beyond to help us with our needs. THANKYOU AHMED. I can not recommend these apartments enough. Comfort 10/10. Beds 10/10. Hot water 10/10. Location 10/10. Service 10/10. Security 10/10. This stay was a real treat and the pictures are exactly as it was in reality. We were 2 adults and a child and it was perfect. We are only sad we can not book in again before we leave as they are booked out. A true gem in downtown Cairo.

Literally perfect, he brings us McDonalds at 5 am and was one of the best felling so far!! Anyways I really suggest to live here if you need to visit Cairo. Around 8 of us stayed at Maran residence in different rooms and were all pleased with the accommodation and the service shown! The rooms were comfy, had all amenities needed (safe, shampoo, dental kit, even mini bar), and the place itself was very enjoyable to hang out in (pool area, breakfast room). The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant at Maran residence, everyone was very kind and helpful! A special and big thank you goes to Saeed and Mahmoud that helped each and every one of us at multiple occasions, from getting a taxi safely to the airport to letting us refresh ourselves after leaving our luggage at Maran during the day. The area was also very secure and perfectly located in the newer part of Cairo, many things were nearby for dining or delivery. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you!!
