This 4-star aparthotel offers private entrance. It is a great location in an area that is wonderful for walking. My only concern was the steep hill and stairs leading to the apartment. It was fine for me (a senior from Canada) but would not work for everyone .

From the moment I arrived, Alexander and Nino made me feel like family rather than just a guest. Location: Absolutely perfect! The guest house is ideally located near Silk Factory, where the tango festival took place. I could easily walk to all the events without worrying about transportation, which was incredibly convenient, especially after late-night milongas. Hosts: Alexander and Nino are exceptional hosts who truly understand hospitality. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful with local recommendations, and always available when needed. Their warm Georgian hospitality made my stay memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my visit. Accommodation: The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable after long nights of dancing, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. Great Wi-Fi connection was perfect for staying in touch with work and sharing memories from the festival. Value: Excellent value for money, especially considering the prime location and quality of service. The pricing was very reasonable for what you get in return. Additional touches: What really stood out were the personal touches and genuine care. Alexander and Nino clearly take pride in their property and their guests' experience. They provided helpful local tips and made sure I had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
