Very nice hotel, newly renovated, clean and tidy, fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom, comfortable and wide beds. The host is really cool guy, ready to help you with anything you need. The internet’s connection also very good. Definitely would stay again!

The rooms were extremely clean, and Georgina was always incredibly helpful – she even lent us beach towels during our stay. At check-in, we received very helpful information about the area, which made exploring much easier. Every day, we had fresh towels for showering, which was a lovely touch. Overall, I can highly recommend this place – if you are visiting Benitses, you should definitely stay at this studio for your accommodation.

This is a fantastic property with friendly owners. It's clean (including daily housekeeping), comfortable and a short walk (10-15 mins) to the main street. Convenience shop and two restaurants very close by as well. The pool was immaculate and clean. The gardens and flowers made for peaceful surrounds. Would definitely return.

Everything was excellent - and we really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely couple of hosts made as feel very welcome from the first moment. We received from them a lot of useful info - about nice places, best tavernas, shopping etc. Our room was big and clean, bed comfortable; nice pool outside. And tasty breakfast every morning.

Sweet side: fruit salad, watermelon, and blue spirulina Greek yogurt (!) to top with various toppings. Simple, healthy, and just enough. A preserved setting and constant attention The pool area offers enough shade throughout the day, and there are plenty of sunbeds so everyone can enjoy sunbathing or napping in the shade. You’ll have a breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea from the bar stools. No risk of dehydration: the team checks in regularly and offers refreshments. The rooms are tended to daily, tidied up, and towels changed as needed (without excess), adding to the sense of well-being. An ideal location Perched in the heights, the resort gives access to essentials within 5-10 minutes on foot: Head down to the many seaside restaurants, all with stunning views of the shore. Easy access to the beach. Or climb the hill to the hilltop restaurant, which likely offers the best view in the area—overlooking Agios Stefanos and Arillas.

We didn't have any expectations to be honest as we just booked this property for one night. We stayed there on the Saturday before Easter only because we didn't want to have to drive back to our hotel after midnight which was an hour away from town. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment looked brand new, spotlessly clean and had all the facilities of a 5-star hotel. We had a complementary bottle of water and also a bottle of wine but what was overwhelming was a basket with 2 tsoureki (Greek Easter delicacy), 2 chocolate Easter bunnies, lots of little chocolates and a small Easter pottery vessel! Thank you so much for all of that, it was a very nice touch that totally surprised us. We would highly recommend this place. Thank you for making our short stay special.
