The property was insane value for money. So comfortable, ac, fridge, private bathroom and a gorgeous shared balcony. The highlight of my stay was Rosie. She was incredibly helpful, and so eager to offer advice on what to do, book taxies, where to eat/ not eat etc. She deserves a promotion in my opinion! Loved it and would 100% stay again.

Good services nearby: ATM, supermarket, restaurants (segundo bairro rest. is a must). A good motorway type road just outside makes it easy to travel all over Goa. Noise is minimal and not a problem.
