There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The rooms were airy and comfortable, and we were able to cook several meals in the kitchenette, make coffee every morning and relax on the patio outside the kitchen door. The washer and dryer are located on the 3rd floor, and there is a very spacious rooftop patio for all the guests to use. Our hosts Sergio and Caesar were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely responsive to any questions or requests we had (it got chilly on some nights and they were able to get us extra comforters for our beds, etc.), plus gave us excellent advice about off the beaten path places to visit (such as Galatina that had the best Pasticiotto ever!). I highly recommend Palazzo Ricciardi with its unique blend of old world charm and modernity!

Close to all the main cities and easy parking as well! Host and service were amazing. Marika and Donatella were super welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. Definitely recommend this place. Hope to be back one day :)

We had a large two story apartment with 2 bathrooms and sea facing terrace. Super nice, clean, lovely staff, great breakfast. The pool area was beautiful. They also organized private yoga classes for us. I would go back in a heartbeat!
