We arrived at the top of the mountain and found ourselves inside a real medieval fortress where only a few families still live. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful wooden ceiling and a window overlooking the entire valley. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Walking through the castle in the evening felt like stepping back in time by several centuries. Despite the building’s age, everything is clean, well-kept, and lovingly maintained. The room was warm and cozy, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The only small downside was a slight smell in the bathroom, but honestly, the magic of the place completely made up for it. Breakfast, served at a nearby cafe, was included. The food was fine, though the service could have been friendlier. On the bright side, the man who helped us upon arrival and later brought back a forgotten bag from the castle was incredibly kind and helpful - we truly appreciated his care. Overall, it was a one-of-a-kind experience, full of history, beauty, and atmosphere. We would love to come back one day!
