ニースのプロムナード・デ・ザングレから徒歩15分のStudios Florealは、ニース旧市街から1.5kmに位置するモダンな自炊式の宿泊施設です。 スタジオには設備の整った簡易キッチン（電気コンロ、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ付）、ダイニングエリア、薄型テレビ付が備わります。... 駅からアクセス抜群で、地図どおりに迷わず辿り着けました。到着予定時間を事前連絡していたところ、スタッフが外で待っていてくれ、スムーズにチェックインできました。12時ごろ到着した際も、荷物預かりだけでなくそのまま部屋に通してもらい、とても助かりました。 部屋内には自炊に必要な設備が整っており、コーヒー・紅茶・シリアル・パスタなどの食材も備え付けられていました。目の前を路面電車が通っていますが、騒音は気にならず快適に過ごせます。駅近なのでニース近郊へのアクセスも良く、どこへ行くにも便利な立地です。 フランス語が分からないながらも、よく出会うスタッフがいつも明るく親切に接してくれ、非常に感じの良い対応でした。 洗濯機はないですが、近くに4.5ユーロのコインランドリーがありました。

Beautiful, modern, spacious and exceptionally clean apartment. Amazing stuff... Isabelle was great! We loved secured, private parking and a beautiful, spacious terrace. Heated swimming pool was just an icing on the cake.

The location, team, rooms and facilities were of very high standard. The eye to detail in the design, upkeep and cleanliness was perfect. Stayed for 5 nights and used it as a great base to visit the surrounding region and obviously to walk the beautiful old town. #willbeback
