I believe that they have been all mandated not to beg customers for money, which is a very good thing, because such behavior is well rampant in other hotels. So, I give them 10/10 in terms of customer satisfaction and respect to fellow humans, as we are actually seen as customers and not as ATM Overnight Stayers. Breakfast 10/10 as they have variety of food to choose from, both heavy food from pap to quicker oat to fried yam, boiled yam, egg source, rice, noodles, lipton tea, green tea, etc.... You name it, their breakfast is serious grade 1. The location is alright, I mean, you can expect anything much from Ikeja Airport area, but it is a 10 to 15mins working distance to some amenities such as MTN, Banks, some food companies and small chops companies, but you need to spend time outside to know where those shops are for you to be able to utilize them during your stay. All in all, they have a working government in this hotel, the management is really looking after this hotel and making sure that things are working smoothly. So, kudos on the management team. Well Done!!!! I will definitely stay here again, when I come back, or if I don't it means that I decided to stay at my father's house in Victoria Island. I will give my second review of my stay number 2 in a few minutes.

The room was comfortable, stylish, close to lots of great restaurants and night life The gentlemen staff members were very friendly, all the gatemen were extremely professional and kind. I must say that there was a female cook, who spoiled being downstairs in the lovely dining area for me and my husband because she carried on some very unpleasant conversations about customers and other staff members very loudly and there was a morning me and my husband went down for breakfast and we asked for noodles and egg. Very loudly, and very obnoxiously she yelled very rudely that it don’t have any more noodles and that the guy who took our orders should tell us pick something else, then proceeded to converse about someone else she said was an ashawo. Me and my husband went upstairs to keep him from getting extremely angry because we were the only ones sitting in the restaurant and for almost an hour we were waiting on noodles and egg. So we decided to have our meals elsewhere. The front desk agent named ms. purples was the only one who showed courtesy, always had kind words and greetings and smiles every time we saw her. Good attitude and courtesy are key and helps a customers feel welcomed.
