Everything was perfectly clean, warm and placed. They even gave us apartment with an open terrace, when we asked for it. The terrace was well protected from cold, with two really nice chairs and a table for two people. We also got a kitchen with all necessary utensils, huge TV, with 300 chanels, perfectly placed in front of king size bad, clean towels every day, really nice bath coats. Spa was reserved only for us, which gave really relaxing note to the entire experience. All staff were very attentive, especially lady at the reception desk, called Julijana. Villa is also located on the excellent location at the very center of the spa, at the beginning of Promenade. All in all it was great value for money we spent. Terasa je bila jako lijepo ušuškana od hladnoće, sa dvije jako lijepe stolice i stolom za dvoje. Takođe smo dobili i kuhinju sa svim neophodnim priborom i uređajima, ogroman TV sa 300 kanala, savršeno smješten ispred velikog bračnog kreveta, čiste peškire svaki dan, baš lijepe bade mantile. Spa je bio rezervisan samo za nas, što je davalo baš opuštajuću notu čitavom iskustvu. Svo osoblje je bilo jako uslužno i ljubazno, naročito dama na recepciji, po imenu Julijana. Vila je takođe locirana na odličnoj lokaciji u samom centru banje, na početku Promenade. Sve u svemu usluga koju smo dobili vrijedi više od cijene koju smo platili. Ocjena 10/10
