We were welcomed very warmly and hospitably. The staff was friendly and kind. Our room was cleaned every day. The place has been recently renovated. The villa is located in a perfect spot — right in the center. All the popular beaches are nearby. There are plenty of different cafes close by. Here, you’ll feel just like you’re at your mom’s home — cozy and cared for. Overall, Albania is an incredible country that you’ll definitely want to return to. The hosts are kind and welcoming.

The hotel offers a truly breathtaking view from the terrace and has a lovely pool. The rooms with separate bedrooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was decent, enough to start the day, and the rooms had a fridge for convenience. The staff were exceptionally helpful—whenever we needed anything, they always tried to accommodate us. On our first night, there was a terrible storm and we didn’t have any food or water with us. Not only did the staff provide us with water, but they also ordered food for us and even drove us to a nearby store to buy more supplies, which was a very pleasant surprise.

We loved everything about this property! To start with, the staff is so sweet and helpful! We are so grateful to Fredi, Lucy and to the ladies who took care of our apartment during our 11 days stay. The apartment is new, it has everything you need to cook and to be comfy after a day at the beach. The shower is amazing as well. The cleaning is a 10! Thank you for treating us as family and being so sweet to our kids, for giving us all the necessary tips to enjoy Ksamil and for helping with the day trip to Corfu!

First, the building is modern with fully furnished equipment to sustain us at least for the few days we stayed there. The hosts were quite helpful and very friendly and accommodating. The location is also close to the public beach and is easily accessible at all times during the day and night, so it’s very safe. Just be prepared to climb up a small slope😀. Lastly be prepared with some cash if you’ll be visiting the area a lot of things are done so.
