Apartment was comfortable, cozy and well-equipped. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a beautiful view after a day in the mountains, as did our dog :-) Breakfasts were delicious. And last but not least, Heinz was very helpful and recommended lots of cool routes for us. Thank you! It was a very relaxing holiday.

Excellent food, clean and comfortable rooms, well-equipped bathrooms, attentive and helpful owners of the hotel: they are always around and make themselves available for questions or a snack (including free, homemade Christmas cookies)!     I have no words for how amazed we were while staying here! Not only is the apartment spacious, beautiful and comfortable, but it had EVERYTHING we needed (and we were traveling with the baby, so we needed a lot of things). Every detail is well thought through and honestly this apartment is better equipped than my own 😁🙌 11/10

    Apartment was very comfortable, quiet and spacious located at the end of the village surrounded by beautiful landscape with stunning mountain views. The hiking trails, access to forest, nature and outdoor activities, running trails are nearby apartment which was fantastic. We stayed only 4 days which was far too short so we will come back for sure.

    Apartment is perfectly located - walking distance to Rittisberg cable car, Ski School Ramsau, ski rental etc. It's not a big place, but it can easily accommodate 2 adults and up to 3 kids. Kitchen is very well equipped.

    The apartment is better than vast majority of flats I've ever been to. It's extremely well and aesthetically equipped. All appliances inside are of high quality and location is also great. The host is very flexible and helpful.

    The host was very nice, brought us apfel strudel. The apartment is small but has everything you need for a short stay. 15 minutes by car to Schladming Planai or Pichl. Very nice balcony, if you are there during warmer months.
