Great place, everything new, big balcony, nice hostages , great location, only couple of minutes to the beach , 2 minutes from couple of restaurants and coffee shop , pharmacy, and even hair dresser. Really enjoyed, and will come back

The apartment was clean and comfortable. A few things could use some fixing (the door handle is loose and the balcony door doesn’t close properly; we reported this to the host and they said it would be taken care of). The only thing missing was a bedside table in the room with the double bed. None of this affected our stay at all. The instructions were clear, the apartment is close to the beach, and there’s a great tavern about a 10-minute walk away with delicious, hearty food. Overall, it was a great stay.

Everything was great, the owner was super nice, quick responding and caring, helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was fully decorated, every single thing that you might need was there, everything was thought off and complete. The apartment looks just as in the picture.

We had a perfect stay. The place is spotless clean, with many amenities. Communication with the host was excellent and the location is easily reachable. There is even a direct bus to/from Airport (425) and Larnaka city centre (425,424) nearby. View from the terrace and the windows is also lovely. 10/10

    Property was spacious and clean with a large roof top garden area. Good air con, washing machine, cooker, everything you need. Nice pool with local amenities. Reasonably priced. The apartment is situated in pyla which is a 10 minute drive from the local beach. Easy to get anywhere by car, 20 mins from Larnaca bay, 25 mins from Ayia napa. I would highly recommend hiring a car as the buses run on a 35 minute interval. Apart from that it was fine.

    We have enjoyed the spacious and very well equipped holiday apartment, which really meets all the expectations for a relaxing stay in Pyla. The complex itself offers additional leisure and sports facilities such as indoor pool, sauna and gym.
