Every part of the stay was fabulous. The room I stayed in was really nice, renovated, with good furniture and beautiful design. Cleanliness is top, every inch of the house is super clean. And you get much more than you pay for. The hosts are amazing, especially, the lady I had the most communication with- Mrs. Nazi, who is very kind, sweet and caring person. She was always ready to help and asked herself if she could help me in any way. It was really pleasant to communicate with her. So the house has this very family-like, pleasant vibe. I'm very content and would advise other travelers to stay here or locals from Tbilisi, who want to relax for several days.

Outstanding apartment in Tbilisi I would say, colourfully and nicely designed, comfortable, clean and spacious, well equipped. Simple check in, located close to the Central bus station and easy to get to the centre by bus or minibus. We’ve wanted to rent a stay once again but unfortunately it was not available. Definitely recommended

Very nice and clean place with a nice view! The host, Victoria, amazing and was very helpful with different recommendations regarding the restaurants, the place to visit etc. The possibility to use private sauna and little pool was highly appreciated!

We had such an amazing stay at Eva’s Pavaroti. The most important thing about this place was our host Nini. She’s lovely person, very intelligent and fond of her business, we felt literally like our old friend is taking care of us ( Nini took us from the airport, explained everything, answered to our questions). The location of the apartment is absolutely magnificent, it’s placed in the heart of the old Tbilisi and very close to the center. Eva’s Pavaroti place has a lot of history, it’s actually built as a patio neighborhood with a beautiful detailing. The apartment itself is very clean, very stylish, we had everything for our stay with lot of extras(including home made wine). Thank you Nini! We already want to come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable apartment, and I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was! First and foremost, the host's friendliness was truly remarkable. From the moment I contacted him, he made me feel welcome and ensured that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. As for the apartment, it was tastefully furnished, clean, and equipped with all the amenities. The view from the apartment was superb, providing a panoramic vista of Tbilisi. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Aparthotel near Orbeliani Market in Tbilisi, Georgia, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable, situated just steps away from the vibrant market and old town.
