The location was excellent for visiting the sights. The check-in process was straightforward, and all the details were clearly explained in the message we received prior to our arrival. The place was neat and clean when we got there, with fresh towels and bed linens available. The kitchenette was well-equipped and included coffee and creamer. The apartment is very nice, cozy and super cute!! They have a washing machine and a dryer machine (super practical with the cold winter awaiting). The owner is super nice and funny, she helped us with all we needed and called when we left something after we left! The position is not that far away from Husavik and Akureyri : everything is by mountains and you can see the northern lights from the bedroom’s windows! The two bedrooms are huge and the kitchen super furnished!

The house is a historical house as it was the first elementary school in Husavik. The house is renovated with apartments, and ours was very beautiful, well decorated and very comfortable, it had everything you need! Good communication with hosts and they were very helpful as we had an issue going there with a storm. Totally recommend it!
