Lovely modern apartment in a perfect central location. Everything was nice quality and the bathroom was spacious and felt very new. It's a small space and probably not the type of apartment I'd choose for a longer stay as I'd prefer more space/facilties, but it was perfect for a short trip when you're out and about but want somewhere nice to come back to.

We enjoyed the roof terrace. Breakfast in the morning sun! We parked in the parking area behind the house very comfortable. Fabio is a perfect host offered us a map of Arezzo and gave information and tips.

Everything. The quality of the beds was outstanding. The location was first class for all the best places to see and eat in Arezzo. The host, Christian, made us very welcome - even though we arrived. early. And the apartment was very quiet - which was most gratifying.
