The entertainment area was very comfortable, with a large table and chairs + 3 loungers, a braai and a lovely pool. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great! While the owners live in the basement we were left completely undisturbed and would never have known they were there. Check in and out was very easy. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

Very close to the airport, we walked there to catch our early flight. Giovanni warmly welcomed us and is very kind and professional. The room was so comfortable and included our own bathroom and kitchen. I would sty there again.

The house was very comfortable, clean and big enough for more people. We we were group of 5 and really enjoyed the staying at Maddalena's house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everywhere there is AC in the rooms. Maddalena alias Chicca was a great host! She welcome us with a warm generous present in the fridge - bottle of wine, Sardinian bread and sausage and many snacks. She also gave us lot of great tips in the earea and recommendations for the best restaurants. We could take beach umbrellas with us to the beach and house was very well equipped with all the cleaning supplies. It is only short 7 minute walk to beautiful Maria Pia Beach. We also rented a car and a big advantage of this house is there is a free parking on the street in front of house. We will definitely come back to Il Carrubo if we come to Alghero next year. Thank you very much for your hospitality Chicca! :)

The host was very friendly, prompt, and responsive. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything you might need. Each room had air conditioning, there was free parking right in front of the building, and it had two balconies. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It’s very close to the beach, with shops nearby, and the area overall is excellent. The place was quiet and peaceful, and I would gladly stay here again anytime.     Very nice, clean and spacious apartment, with a massive balcony. Aircon works flawlessly :). The owners are very nice, helpful and easy to reach out to. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and also a local train station.
