The apartment was very comfortable for a family of 5. Facilities clean and well maintained. View stunning, great relaxing space especially for a winter break. Access to beach and supermarkets in 5mins walking distance . Playground close by on beach front- walking distance also. Plenty of fast food and quality eateries - we enjoyed Bollywood Indian and fish n chips - grateful gluten free options.

Lovely house in the heart of Whangaparāoa Peninsula. It was pouring down with rain the one day and night we booked, but the house provided the perfect setting for our stay. It was peaceful and cosy to unwind in and watch the day pass us by. The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Louise communicated well throughout the booking and made our stay effortless. I would highly recommend this property!

Liked how their was a pub across the road as we enjoyed alot of nice meals their and also a liquor store and dairy near by. Room was spacious and clean and had a washing machine. Room was open when we arrived had to message to get pin number for the room, but besides that we enjoyed our stay was quiet and relaxful, really enjoyed my stay, was suppose to be for 4 but only had 3 but besides that was very enjoyable and spacious. There was a decent fridge and freezer to put our food in. Had to buy our own toilet paper as there was only one roll but besides that. I loved my stay and enjoyed every minute.

    10th floor studio apartment. Lovely views from small balcony. Room had oven and hot plate; washing machine and dryer in bathroom . Quality double glazing so no outside noise. Central Orewa location was perfect for us.

    It was a light and roomy apartment. It was nice being able to access the balcony area from the living room & main bedroom. There was enough seating for 2 of us. The kitchen was very well equipped but as the town of Orewa was on the doorstep we ate out a lot but there were 2 supermarkets very close by. Views of the beach & sea from the room. Safe parking. The pool and hot tubs were good. The whole building was quiet, a mixture of owners and rentals. Everyone we met was friendly. I recommend the Ramada Suites and the town of Orewa.

    Loved the location and close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tubs were great and clean. There was a sea view from our studio apartment. The studio also had a good-sized kitchen which was a nice to have. We also had a carpark which was super helpful.

    Clean modern apartment. Very spacious and great view of the ocean. Heated floors was a bonus. Being able to do our washing and drying was very convenient. Pool was warm even on a cold windy day.

    Excellent location in the centre of Orewa. Large studio apartment with disabled access bathroom. Really comfortable bed with good range of pillows. Small balcony with sea views and secure on site parking. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast selection including cereal, toast, a punnet of fruit and a punnet of yoghurt. Good range of teas and coffee.

    awesome location shops and restaurants in walking distance. the view was awesome. friendly staff and residents. had two rooms booked one in a studio and the other a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms views from both were awesome especially the two bedroom apartment very spacious and large balcony! rooms had everything you needed.

    Spacious studio apartment, very clean & modern. Excellent location. We had a great stay, even extended our visit by one night. Will definitely return for a wknd break to get out of the city.
