The facility is new with proper comfortable furniture inside. The location is top notch, we were able to travel almost all parts of the "viewable" city by walk. Though, we haven't used the bus terminal and tram stations are located within 3 minutes walk of the apartment. It is within 15 minutes of walk to USCE concert area, which is nice since we were there for Rammstein. The view of the balcony was top notch, and we had a great time watching the city there. The communications with the host were stellar, the host answered all my questions before and during our stay.

The Host gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around the apartment highlighting the various facilities. The apartment was very clean and was very well equipped. He always communicated with us promptly if we had any questions, he even messaged a Birthday wish to me on my birthday . This will be our GoTo apartment in Belgrade !! It is convenient for transport, local shops, bars and restaurants as well as the city generally. It is however in a quiet location so you're not disturbed by outside activity
