The apartment we stayed in was newly renovated to a very good standard. It was in the middle of the village and literally a few metres from the apres ski and about 100m from the Rastkogel Bahnen. Couldn’t have asked for more!

We liked the room very much - spacious, very clean and nicely decorated, with a small kitchen. It had a nice view to the mountains around. The apartment was close to a Spar mini-market and to the bus station (we had free transport offered by the host). Ski room is available at the apartment. Nina and her parents were very welcoming! Thank you for accommodating us.

We received the warmest Austrian welcome and assistance throughout our stay. It felt as if our comfort and happiness was the 100% priority of all the staff. The fact that it is a family-run aparthotel showed in every interaction, where we were made to feel like visiting family.

Maybe a novel could be written about what I liked. Let's take it one by one - Access, parking. You can turn off the main road through Finkenberg to the accommodation. It's just far enough away to be 2 minutes from the bus stop (free with the guest card), but quiet enough to rest in peace. Easy parking in front of the house, no reservation required. - Accommodation. Newly built and made of high quality materials. Nothing creaks, knocks, or squeaks. Simply perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped. Better than my own apartment :) The furniture is also very well designed. The kitchen table with the corner sofa is top notch. And the best, the best, are those beds. Boxspring beds. Ahh they're fantastic. You'll sleep in them so well that you'll regret leaving the apartment. - Owners. Bianca was there waiting for us at the agreed time. She showed us everything in the apartment. The different rooms, the waste management system, everything necessary for a undisturbed stay. She immediately prepared guest cards that allow free travel on the local bus service and can also be used for additional discounts. If you have any questions or requests during your vacation, feel free to contact her, believe me, she will solve them. - Attractions. There's not enough space to list them all, but here are a few that are almost mandatory if you're going hiking, not just skiing: - Hintertuxer Gletscher (to ski, to hike, to climb mountains, Natureispalast) - Granatkapelle von Mario Botta, Penkenbahn, Finkenberger Almbahn - Erlebnissennerei Zillertal GmbH (Visit to the milk production and the demonstration dairy farm) - Filzenkogel, Ahornbahn - Stilluptal, Grüne Wand Hütte (the best Wiener Schnitzel in your life) - KleinTibet des Zillertals - Schlegeisspeicher - Olpererhütte + - Pfitscherjoch Haus (Hiking route through the Alps into Italy, drink a good Italian coffee? why not? :) The entire Zillertal valley is full of great places, hikes, and lifts etc.

Excellent location , Amazing views. 14 min to Mayhofen and 25 min to Hintertux Glacier by car. The bus stops just 300 meters down the hill.

No keys. Keyless entry for the main entrance, room and the ski room, is such a convenience I am surprised more properties are not adopting this technology. The design and size of the rooms was great and we had two large bathrooms, which made getting ready for the ski slopes in the morning with my wife stress free -- having breakfast delivered to our room each morning was also a treat. We also enjoyed the bar area for some after ski local beers. The hotel is also located only short walk to either the chair lift or to the bus to reach the larger side of the mountain.

Apartment Weitblick - Cosy 65m2 appartment with Balcony er staðsett í Finkenberg og aðeins 50 km frá Krimml-fossunum en það býður upp á gistirými með fjallaútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis... Clean, well equipped property. We didn't meet the owner but communication was excellent. Excellent value for money.
