Very nice accommodation, great hosts. We got there late in the evening, the owner offered to meet us from Saranda, and also took us to the market on the way. We lived in a well-renovated double studio room, quite spacious and everything was thought out, the kitchen has enough dishes for both cooking and consumption, there is a table and two chairs, we found salt and olive oil. Good repair, clean linen, many sockets, mosquito nets all around. Also, we were only two nights and asked to wash our clothes - no problems. Thank you for your hospitality and a pleasant stay!

Everything was absolutely amazing, there was few missing things, but it wasn’t intruding our stay at all, it’s the first year for this hotel, they have time to improve 😊 resume I recommend this hotel to everyone, gorgeous view, good soundproofing, huge shower, and what we really liked very much, is that there is screen showing room cleaners if we want to clean room or not to disturb, you just press touchscreen and thats all, no paper cards allways deciding to lost some where😀 also it’s a good location for those who like not overcrowded places, it’s not centre, but there are beautifull now overcrowded beaches close to you, only ten minutes to walk, and if tou want to reach centre it’s also only 15mins to walk, better not use car in Ksamil, because there are traffics everyday and you walk faster😊

We stayed in the apartment for 6 nights and everything was just great. The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable. The place was spacious enough for 4 people. Kitchen well equipped to prepare a breakfast and some cooking. Big bathroom with shower. Although Ksamil is busy place during July and August, this place is quiet as it is in side small street. Restaurants, nice bakery and supermarkets are close by. Another plus for us was there were the cats from the neighborhood .... we love cats :-) The manager who takes care about the guests came very fast, gave us the keys and explained what was needed. So nice and smiling guy! The cleaning lady made a great job. Apartment was perfectly cleaned every day. You could eat from the floor how clean it was! She also daily changed all towels. Wi-Fi 100% - very important for our teenagers! Beach just 6 mins walk (Artur beach). Rather smaller, so in August busy, but nice and clean with comfortable sun beds & umbrellas. There is a beach restaurant serving different meals (salads, pasta, pizza,.. + drink) and what was fantastic that you can be served directly on the beach. You can also support street cats and dogs with the food and water. Just watch around and you will see, especially in the evening ;-)

Everything was excellent. The owner made us feel very comfortable, she was helpful, very kind and informative. Very clean, beautiful apartment and beautiful view. Best location. I am looking forward to visit the place again :)
