Very polite staff. Since we've been here before the start of the season the staff even provided a personal number to make sure to be there whenever we needed anything. Very nice, comfortable, silent and clean room. Very nice sea views. Breakfast with delicious warm options as well as fresh coffee was provided.

We loved the Hotel Vale. Everything was perfect. The service was the best ever! Great people! Perfect location, near bars, restaurants and ferry. The room were clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable with a beatfull view to the see in the balcony. Breakfast was delicius, with huge variety. So many things to commend, but just go and be happy!

The room and the room service was amazing and the owner was very kind and helpful and he also gave us many recommendations on where to go. The hotel is at the heart of the city with dozens of restaurants and bars, there is a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby, the beach is just 2 steps away and at the same building there are very nice restaurants. The room was very clean and there is service whenever you ask. There is a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, air conditioner in every room and free WiFi. You can also pay by card there, while many stores in Sarandë don’t have POS. We definitely recommend it!

This hotel was the best place I stayed during my trip to Albania. I really loved it! The service was excellent—everyone was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help to me and my family.
