Nice and generous hosts who answered every question and every request in an exceptional way. The host was very nice , and available for any request. My husband and I went to Spiez for our honeymoon, and Belevedere Hotel became the best hotel in my life! We met the kindiest, sweetest, and the most professional hotelier at the Reception! His name is Jerome Donze, and he welcomed us from the first time we entered the hotel. His jokes and good energy were so hilarious and joyful, but he was still so professional that we gained a really good first impression about Spiez and Belvedere Hotel. (He looks similar to an American actor Jack Black😂) There were pick-up and drop-off services between the hotel and Spiez station(the train station), which I got to know a bit later. Breakfast was awesome with a broad wide window. Room condition and the garden in front of the rooms were really fascinating. There is a button hidden in the room to close the curtains, and it will be a total blackout after the curtains going down. We found the button so late😂 I have been to many other countries and hotels, but Belvedere Hotel was the best, and I actually want to keep this as a secret to myself :) I want to visit Spiez again and will definitely stay at Belvedere Hotel again!

Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchenette was well equipped. Big, comfy bed. Small terrace overlooking railway lines and lake. Easy check in and out process. Others have noted noise from the railway, but we didn't find this an issue at all.
