Nice and generous hosts who answered every question and every request in an exceptional way. The host was very nice , and available for any request. The villa contains all the necessary equipment Large spacious rooms Several showers and toilets Comfortable beds Kitchen with all equipment TV washing machine everything The villa is located in a small village Everything is accessible and close to attractions This is the most beautiful villa we have ever lived in I would love to come back again on future trips to Switzerland. The hotel has a high overall score; Beautiful viewing platform; Free afternoon tea; Infinity pool; There are many places for guests to relax, and they will never feel bored. Restaurant, front desk service staff is very friendly, patient answer. Except for the young, round-faced lady at the front desk (who loves braiding braids); I suspect that she has racial discrimination, which is very inconsistent with the overall harmonious atmosphere of the hotel. One second, she is still smiling, and when she sees Asian guests, she is crying. For such a nice hotel, I was surprised to have this kind of problem. I wonder what happened to her? ! This makes me feel racist!

Omg the location is exotic. Lake access and original Swiss chalet. Easy to reach by bus 60 from Interlaken ost. I am so glad I booked them Spectacular views

The place has all the privacy you need, with a separate room and private bathroom, and a spacious shared kitchen. The location couldn’t be better. Walter is super nice and has two small dogs that we absolutely loved! He always made sure the dogs didn’t bother guests, but we actually called them over ourselves to pet them.
