The room is fresh and big enough for a family with two kids. The sea view from the room is fantastic. The staff are friendly and eager to help at anytime. The breakfast is definitely worthy the money. Many choices and yammy. A lot of different entertainments for the kids in the hotel area.

My room was spacious and comfortable, stuff are very helpful and friendly. Good views from the balcony. The location is superb, easy access to many tourist attractions. The staff Lili is extremely friendly and helpful.. room are spacious/clean and close most of the eateries...We book an early train to airport...they prepare breakfast the day before..I wish to stay there longer..There is a nice restaurant there...and there's a shuttle to pickup and drop off the train station...Will sure share with my friends.i want sincerely thank Lili who are so patient to teach me to book Didi as this my first time in Hainan island...

The location is really convenient, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The room is very clean and the staff is very easy-going. Eating in the surrounding shopping malls is very convenient, and there is food in the lobby. If you have nothing to do, sit down and have a beer. It's very pleasant to have a meal! Location is super nice, 5 mins to walk to the beach. View on the sea is fascinating, from 28th floor was really good! They allowed me to check in earlier than 14:00, so I did not have to wait on the street!!
