What a view: Right in front of the beach. The staff that welcomed us was so nice! We end up eating there and for the view, location, quality of the food and prices, more than worth it.

Well... I had booked two nights and ended up staying an extra day at this well-run and relaxed place in Carrillo. Vincent and his family gave us a warmly welcome and made our stay very pleasant. Their homemade breakfast is exquisite with the panqueques and jams far above anything (You must try it) The room is nicely decorated and very confortable and has a private terrasse for breakfast, the garden is beautiful, the place is very quiet, and the Carrillo beach is just 350 meters away. But what this place makes really that special are the hosts themselves, they are so friendly and always took time to talk to us although they had a lot of things to manage, they helped us whenever we needed. We'll certainly be back!

This place exceeded every expectation I had! Sámara is a true paradise : the perfect little beach town with the kindest people, the most beautiful beaches and the best vibe. Sandy toes hostel is perfectly located, is really clean and has the most amazing staff. They have activities every night that will help you make a lot of friends and have so much fun. I really recommend going there if you are searching for a place that will quickly feels like home. A little piece of paradise, Andre and Rainer went above and beyond for me. Any request I had was immediately accommodated, Andre even got me some bug spray from Samara. They took me to the white sand beach, Rainer showed me the aloe vera when I had too much sun and even dropped me off for my next location. My room was beautiful, the best shower I've had in Costa Rica! The restaurant is very comfortable for hanging out, and the food is incredible. I can go on and on. Amazing hosts, thank you so much.
