The location is right in the city center. It is convenient to go everywhere. The roof terrace has a nice ambiance with amazing view. The staff here are very friendly, Taha gives really quick responses via WhatsApp whenever we asked him questions. The service quality is way beyond my expectations. I do highly recommend this place.

The best thing about the whole stay Was ratio - quality of services/price. Also, our buttler Mina was ALWAYS avaliable (sometimes i was wondering when he sleeps?) and ready to help with every single request we had. We liked everything. This hotel experience was so amazing. Outside area clean 10001%. Pools area amazing also all day activities with so amazing animator team. Food i mean never saw something like that.. 00:24 food drinks cocktails and all included in price. And the stuff what i can say family feeling 100% and hard workes,appreciate all efforts to make our stay perfect. The place is amazing! Different external areas available to accommodate any activity one may want. The sea was clean and overall environment very beautiful. Food was very nice as well as the staff - everyone very welcoming and helpful. Trully good value for money. Would like to come back!
