Our stay was exceptional, Mr. Gamal, the owner, was very welcoming, and all the facilities were one step away . The chalet was also very clean. I strongly recommend for vacations and will try it during winter also

    Great location, nice lake view from the room, spacious room and clean pool and beach (not for swimming). Breakfast was ok. The two ladies at reception for check in and out were very helpfull with nice smile.

    Facilities ie pool , beach and sea /canal view are really nice. Staff were really good, very helpfull and friendly. Additional resources in complex ie lovely mosque, and football pitches are fab.

    all staff we met were polite, friendly with an excellent appears and clean room, Resturant and café on the beach and everywhere are so clean room was comfortable and lake view so good breakfast patisserie delicious and the coffee was good.
