Emilia was prompt, polite, and even allowed us to park until the unit was ready. Then, when we were ready, she met us with the keys and showed us everything we needed to know, as well as opened up all the windows to show us and wow us with just how amazing this apartment is!! floor to ceiling windows -- better not be afraid of heights!

I was very impressed with the apt it looked almost new from the inside. Couldn't have asked for a better apt it had everything ranging from dishwasher and washing machine (which I didn't know how to work wouldn't use a dishwasher for one person) loved having a bath tub. The apt was immaculate with the most incredible view.

    You couldn't get a better located property for a beach holiday in Benidorm...its right on the beach. Lovely bars and eateries nearby and a really good supermarket round the corner. We had lazy mornings with coffee and toast in the mornings and at lunchtime it's handy to send your partner up to bring a sandwich, some fruit and a cold drink down from the fridge...and I didn't need to move from the beach. Perfect!

    Perfect location. Right on the beach and 2 minutes from the centre of old town. So if you just want somewhere basic to sleep in the centre, for a good price, this is perfect. Lastly, the staff were always friendly and accommodating.

    The apartment was in a perfect location right on the beach. It was very clean and well decorated and had everything you need for cooking. Would definitely recommend this apartment, couldn’t fault anything except maybe no English tv channels 🤷‍♀️

    The location was very good. Right on the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Short walk to the bus stop on the main road so easy to get a bus into old town if you don’t like walking but also a very pleasant walk along the seafront gets you there in about 20/30minutes.

    Access to the apartment was easy with a "smart lock". Private parking was easily accessible. The standard of the apartment décor was impeccable and extremely comfortable. The location of this place is right on the beachfront and a great place to stay for families, couples or even friends. Surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Just far enough away from the hustle bustle of the nightlife to be be peaceful at night, but also close enough to go and join the party if you so wish......easy walking distance.

    Our delightful host could not do enough to please & during our stay she remained in contact to ensure that we had everything we needed. The location was also perfect, right on the beachfront yet quiet at night. I live in Alicante but my friends came from the UK so it proved to be a perfect location
