There were several problems we encountered - no hot water, electricity outage, tv not working but in each case the response was exceptional. The plumber worked on the solar water heater and the heat was restored - the generator switched over to backup shortly after the power failed - and the Chinese TV - TCL - caused a few people concern until the manager came down and promptly got everything back on track. I ask front desk lady how much usually taxi cost from airport to hotel? She told me 20 Fiji dollar. And she know my taxi driver cost me $40 and she got so upset for me asked me my taxi driver‘s number and want he pay me back. 😅 Thank you !

Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Good room size and view! Everything was clean. We were able to do an early check in, and even if we weren’t, we could’ve left our luggage in the hotel while we waited for check in time.
