The minute we walked through the door we were delighted. The flat was spotless and very well equipped with everything you might need. There was a selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee and biscuits and great cooking facilities in the lovely kitchen. The living room comes with a smart TV, X box, games, books and magazines. In a quiet street but only 5 minutes walk from the Pleasure Beach, South Pier and the Sandcastle. Was out first time taking our kids to Blackpool and will be booking again very soon...this place is a wee hidden gem!

Everything! The price to quality ratio is amazing! Yes the room is small but honestly it fitted my need perfectly. It was extremely clean and warm. The bed was very confortable. Loved that we could access the dinning room at all time to eat or work. Breakfast was lovely. Location was perfect as I was there for a workshop happening litteraly next door. Extremely warm owners that make the stay even better. 10/10

The way of how the room was decorated and so clean was really felt me alot of comfortable during my stay. I love everything inside my room. The Hotel staff was so friendly and welcoming for any needful.. they're even asking if we need anything extra. I love the window, didnt felt hot even with no AC. The way how it is opening to avoid bug was really beautiful. The room was so clean, no noise and comfortable bed. The hot water system inside the bathroom operated very well and always available.
