Excellent managed family business. Very kind and friendly attitude people House is big new very clean quiet peaceful green surroundings close 3 minutes to the beach and main road by car . Parking inside the premises. Very nice breakfast is served. Wish to come again.

Guest House ETM was a beautiful building, very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. It's in a great location near local shops with a bus stop to Batumi centre nearby. There is a kitchen on the roof which also gives the best views of sunsets! I Loved this place, and will stay again 😊

    Kitchen is well equipped, apartment is only a short walk to the beach and the owners are so nice and helpful. Even though there were some language barriers since we don’t really speak russian/georgian we felt very welcomed. There are also some nice restaurant with great views close by.

    Perfect location with a perfect view of Batumi! The host and the team are very helpful and communicative, I had no problems while asking any questions or favours. Everywhere is clean and you can go to the beach with just your towel and swimming suit. It's only a couple of minutes from Batumi, so it's the best choice. Around the object many shops and parking places. If I come back to the area again I will definitely stay at this place

    Great location close to the beach and Botanical garden. Very nice and helpful host. Beautiful garden and terrace of the guest house. Owners live on the first floor so it’s easy to find and get a contact with them. There is a cafe right down on the beach where one can find very good food. My rum was big.

    The hospitality is very helpful, friendly! The view from the top roof (city skylines) and the balcony (garden&beach) is great. The sounds of the waves are beautiful. The facilities in the kitchen and the fridge in the rooms. The location on the beach, between the city and the botanic garden, the little and local restaurant + food markets across the street& railway.
