This place has an unbeatable location, just a 5-minute walk from the ferry and super easy to find. Being right across from Avra Beach makes it so convenient—you can literally just walk out and pop over to the sand. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Staff were awesome! Aegina is a beautiful island, and I'm definitely coming back. When I do, I'll absolutely be staying here again!

Our stay in Perdika Bayview was amazing. The house is spacious, very clean, and offers a beautiful sea view. The location of the property is perfect, right on the water - it feels like you have your own exclusive beach. The property itself is close to brand new and has everything you could need (and is spotlessly clean). And Danae the host is great and helped us out a lot when our car broke down!
