Me and my boyfriend stayed here in July 2025. Lovely location with just a 5 minute walk along the beach to reach the center of Aliki. We reached three different beaches and all the restaurants by the ocean, by foot. Fresh and well equipped apartment, bathroom and kitchen with everything to make our stay extra comfortable. Our host was very helpful and made our stay extra special by givning us local advice on places to visit on the island and always answered quickly when we messaged her, assisted us when booking taxi etc. A bonus was the very cute cat that hung out by the apartment and always wanted a cuddle from us. Loved our stay!

Lovely property had everything you needed for comfortable stay. The shower pressure was great. The bed was super comfy. And very clean. But the best thing about this accomodation was Manos! He was fantastic and made all the difference to our experience and stay at Paros. He mapped out a brilliant itinerary for us from a full day from morning til night as we only had two nights there. It was incredible. We had arrived there from travelling 2.5 months already through Dubai, Uganda, Manchester, Croatia and we’d come across from Mykonos which we love, but someone said they thought we’d like Paros so we made the quick trip and we’re so incredibly glad we did because we experienced the BEST food in all our travelling. Authentic fresh and all made with love!! Thank you Manos for your awesome hospitality! You are such a great ambassador for Paros. We will be back.

We had the most amazing time! Convenient location, very close to the beach, grocery store, Convenience store, taverns. Beddings and towels changed every other day, the room was cleaned every day and bins emptied every day. Fridge and a small cuisine to prepare meals, plates, cups and glasses, cutlery, utensils, pots, everything clean and available. Air-condition and ceiling fan, very comfortable beds. And last but not least, Kalliopi is an excellent host. Friendly, helpful, accommodating, professional.

I liked the room, the view, the environment. The hosts and their attitude, they are very friendly. The cost of the room is adequate, the kitchen has all the equipment to prepare meals yourself. I wish they had a breakfast offer.

The building is in front of the beach in a very nice spot even if the beach by itself is not the best you can have in Paros. You can reach nice beaches like Faragas, Golden Beach, Piso Livadi and few more in 10min by car. In front of the building there two very good restaurants and a nice bar. Perfect for family.
