The room was clean and spacious, while the breakfast was delicious with a reasonable amount of options to choose from. The location was excellent with sea view and walking distance from the restaurants. The owners (Andreas and Isidoros) are extremely friendly and they are here to make the stay even more enjoyable.Highly recommended facility.

we had such a great and comfortable time here! we even received some fruits wine and bread on arrival! we had everything we needed and the location was perfect. 10/10 excited to come back. wish we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed staying at this house as it is in such a perfect location just off the beach and the owner was very friendly. We loved being able to walk onto the beach, have a swim and then shower back at the house. When we weren't swimming, we spent most of our time either on the lovely terrace at the front of the house or up on the roof terrace. Everything was fine in the house and the air conditioning worked well. I would definitely recommend this property as it exceeded our expectations.

Nice location, just 5 min walk from the beach. Excellent host which was very helpful in every way during our stay. Quick response .. perfect for a family of 4-5, we were three... When we arrived the host picked us up at the bus-stop with her car.she had also prepared a basket with bisckets, jam, tea/coffee, honey etc, something we appreciateed a lot... I would recommend the apartment to other families visiting Kini... Regards Ola & family

Wow, you could not get a more perfect place to stay. A few minutes walk from the ferry. Central to everything. The place was beautiful and had the most stunning view. Host met us there on arrival and was super nice. Let us check in early and carried our bags to our room. Room is situated above the restaurants but I heard no noise all night. I live this place, book it, you won't regret it. The view from the balcony you cannot beat.Thank you for a once in a lifetime stay.

Katerina was so helpful she provided so much information about the island and ensured our stay was a brilliant experience. Transfers were provided to the town and to the port with no payment excepected. The location is a bit quite and a bit away from the town but the bus stop is close so the town is accessible. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful it would be a great place to stay with a number of options for food and drink. We were also given an upgrade due to availability so we had an amazing view of the sea from our balcony. Taxi was only €12-14 to town if needed.

Hotel is located in one of the most beautiful and picturesque neighbourhoods of the island. Hospitality has been amazing! The staff has been very kind and attentive, always with a big smile and the best tips to explore Syros. Facilities were great: very clean and with a great sea view. We can’t wait to come back!
